Culture Night

On Reykjavík's Culture Night, Jörgensen is hosting a concert to celebrate the day, you can also geta 15% discount off dinner that evening!

At 5:30pm, Irish/British singer and songwriter, Aoife, will play us her music accompanied by her band. She writes honestly and with her words at the forefront, with a strong influence from jazz and alt-pop. She is currently studying the NAIP (New Audiences and Innovative Practice) MA with LHÍ and has spent the last half-year on exchange, studying jazz vocals at the Cologne University of Music and Dance.

In March, she released her debut EP ‘Never Been One to let a Bygone Go’, and she is preparing for further releases later this year. She will perform a program of her original music and also songs she composed in collaboration with Sævar Helgi Jóhannsson.
